Description: Former RDC Rotary club member and Angels player Darrell Miller returns to bring us up to date on Major League Baseball's Urban Youth Academy.

Former Chino Hills Big League Dreams manager and Angels player Darrell Miller returned to the Chino Valley for breakfast with the Rancho del Chino Rotary Club. Mr. Miller left Big League Dreams two years ago to become director of Major League Baseball's Urban Youth Academy in Compton. (Photo) RDC Rotary Club President Peter Rogers poses with Darrell Miller. The Urban Youth Academy is a charity dedicated to the education and development of children through baseball in urgan areas. Mr. Miller said, (Photo) Darrell Miller poses with Program Chair (and long-time friend) Tina Javid, Rotary President Peter Rogers and Chino Hills City Manager Doug LaBelle. The academy utilizes a $10-million state-of-the-art facility built by MLB located at Compton College.
